As ALWAYS Brittiany was the best!!!! I called the day before just to give Brittiany a heads up about my visit, of course she picked up knowing exactly who and what I wanted, which was GRE I called the day before just to give Brittiany a heads up about my visit, of course she picked up knowing exactly who and what I wanted, which was GREAT! When I arrived that morning she had my loaner ready and I was in and out. When I returned to pick up my car she left me a nice note, with my paperwork because she was at lunch. However, someone else came out to help (another lady she sits in the first desk) but sat down and we ended up standing there waiting on our finished vehicle for an unnecessary 30 min before my husband just went to Pat and he was glad to help. Pat looked on Brittiany's desk where everything was left nice and neat and give us our keys and we were good to go. All in all a good experience. More
