It took awhile to be acknowledged as my children and I outside my vehicle waiting for my vehicle to be checked in, however I was finally asked if I had been helped, checked in and was shown the waiting area that was wall to wall with people waiting for service. Good but a little unorganized Brought my car in for a simple oil change only to find out there was an issue with the oil pan. That was all straightforward but I was there a long ti Brought my car in for a simple oil change only to find out there was an issue with the oil pan. That was all straightforward but I was there a long time while they tried to find me a loaner. Had to leave on foot and get picked up by a friend. Not really a fault of the service person but I wish I would have gotten a notice before time. Also they refuse to clean the inside of my car, which they used to do. Also $450 in labor for 1 mechanic for a day is a little extreme. More

Brittany was AMAZING Brittany really worked magic for me and my dad. We were having a really rough day trying to find a hitch to put on my RDX for a cross country mice the Brittany really worked magic for me and my dad. We were having a really rough day trying to find a hitch to put on my RDX for a cross country mice the next day. She moved around appointments to make sure that we were in and out as quick as possible. We even gave hugs when we left.
