And when we realized the service tech was not performing the requested, invoiced services on my Acura, she approached him and confirmed that he was confused, and she had him perform the services we requested. She apologized to us for the confusion. When we got home and saw that the service tech had left the holder pouch for the wheel locks empty in the trunk, we called Brittiany to see if the tech had our wheel locks on his bench in the service center. She was able to confirm with the tech that the wheel locks were placed back in my car separately from the holder pouch, and she directed us where to find them. In the event we couldn't find them, she offered to deliver them to us personally on her off time. More

B16 maintenance I had a B16 maintenance, including oil & filter changes, rear differential fluid change, tire rotation, wiper insert replacement, and multi point insp I had a B16 maintenance, including oil & filter changes, rear differential fluid change, tire rotation, wiper insert replacement, and multi point inspections. And I paid $259.80 and it took 2 hours to complete the service. Yvonne and the technicions did a great job. More
