Substandard work with a side of terrible customer service. I had to bring my vehicle back on two different occasions to correct work that was performed at the dealership. When I arrived the person who sent me the email wasn't there and they wouldn't honor the price saying the car was mistakenly quoted for the base model and not the one with tech package. Mind you it was the last 2018 RDX in the whole dealership, it even says so in the email, how can a mistake like this be made if there was only one? Our salesmen Cameron was very nice and took us for a test drive, but the sales manager (don't remember his name) didn't even try to work with us on giving me a better deal than what was advertised in the car window to try and fix the mistake. More

Had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago and again had an excellent experience from the moment I scheduled the appointment with Brittiany until I drove out of the dealership. Brittiany is completely professional in seeing that everything is perfectly well taken care of and does a wonderful job of keeping me informed with the progress of the servicing. She works hard to make sure I am completely satisfied and tries her best to make sure everything is completely satisfactory. Brittiany is also mindful that my time is valuable and that I am traveling almost 80 miles round trip when I come to Jackson Acura. Thankful for every experience I've had with Jackson Acura since first speaking with Sergei in February, 2017 and buying my car from him in June, 2017. More
