I had just purchased a used 2013 in Oct. I had no idea of what might be wrong with the car; however, when it was due for oil change and transmission fluid, Jackson went over everything in my car to make sure what might be wrong with the car; however, when it was due for oil change and transmission fluid, Jackson went over everything in my car to make sure everything was operating correctly. They were so honest to let me know that my transmission oil was still very good. They could've just had me pay for more transmission oil, but they didn't, they told me the truthchanged and you can't hardly find anyone that is honest when money is in the mix! Went in for new tires, was told I needed a brake fluid flush. I figured they would be fair and I had some upcoming travel so I agreed to have it done while I was there. When my husband found out how much they charged me he was very upset- for a job he can do for about $30 they charged $150. I know they have to uncharge because that is the way it works at a dealership, but this seemed excessive. Will always reconsider any additional work that is not "urgent" on my vehicle. More
