Appreciated the service rep letting us know we didn't need a LOF since it was still at 60%. Asked them to change the wipers and do an overall check instead. The guys working in the service center were nice and helpful. I went in for regular oil change service and tire rotation, nothing major. I took my car in for A1 service and the tech told me I needed a new battery. After a few days had an issue with the battery installation.
