I took my car in for the 3rd time for the same issue. I had to pay the $59.95 fee again only to come home with no rear view camera. I’ve had this car for 7 years and it was there when I bought it. I am beyond disappointed that your technicians were unable to fix my car and you charged me a second time and both times I left with a bad excuse and my car not fixed. Unbelievable! Now if I upgrade to a new vehicle, it will most likely not be with a Cadillac! More
