Trisha was helpful, friendly, and patient. I was car shopping on line and expressed an interest in a couple vehicles, when she reached out to me. But I wasn't able to make it to the dealership for a co shopping on line and expressed an interest in a couple vehicles, when she reached out to me. But I wasn't able to make it to the dealership for a couple days. She communicated well via text and e-mail and was ready with key in hand, so I could test drive as soon as I arrived. She wasn't pushy, and reviewed car history (slightly used SUV) and explained additional options available, and financing estimates, and had my trade-in evaluated. We reached agreement the same day.
