Bob Souchery made me feel valued from the 1st time I spoke with him on phone, thru the finance approval, and picking a car that met my needs plus found one that is awesome. Did not brush me off as many sales people might do after sale was complete. Everyone i came in contact with made me feel welcome and as if helping me was the most important thing they had to do that afternoon. My sister and brother in law were amazed at the look of th ed car i had purchased. Matter of fact, while I'm was getting last run thru on car, they started talking with sales and ended up buying a new truck because of the attention they received. Made me realize i was not imaging the care i was receiving. 1st time I purchased a car on my own. All I can say is Bob and everyone there made a scary experience very pleasant with a happy outcome. First and foremost, I was on Day 3 of shopping for a car, I had a certain price range in mind, and I was nearly "over it," when my someone in my family suggested this dealership. Originally, I went to dealerships in Minnetonka and Inver Grove Heights, and either someone in sales wouldn't stop talking about the product on the show floor for what felt like five minutes or getting a quote on a car was the most unorganized process I'd ever experienced. I'm very meticulous with processes, specifically big purchases, and the last thing I want as a consumer is someone who won't listen and can't read body language. Keep in mind that the time frame of which I was shopping in, there were deals, but the deal we found online, we needed to read the fine print. It was October 2019 when I bought my car and the prices were for 2019 models, but not 2020 (I think). However, because I have a really great credit score, that impacted the Tier and "accessibility" I had to getting closer to a car payment that was in my range. Overall, Brandyn was helpful and honest, and did his job to the best of his ability. I was really happy when I purchased my car because ultimately I was able to achieve my goal.
