We drove over 400 miles to this dealership to view the vehicle we ended up purchasing based upon Tom's reass and especially with our salesman Tom V. While your dealership had great rebates , and ultimately that’s why I bought the car, the trade in value was terrible. I had a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES with a clean title and only 12,500 miles. Th that’s why I bought the car, the trade in value was terrible. I had a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES with a clean title and only 12,500 miles. The offer was about 13,700. The salesman kept trying to “work “ the numbers to convince me that the offer was great. It was ridiculous and we both knew it. I turned around and sold it the next day for 24,000 to Carmax. For that reason I’ll never use your dealership and I’ll let everyone I know not to do business with you because of it. You could have had a loyal customer but you messed it up. More
