Loved the customer service by Tom Laughlin! He was very personable and honest! He made sure to check up on us while we waited to speak to somebody in finance. Scott and the Belzer's team were great and helped me get out of an old, bad lease deal and into a new Jeep! I'd highly recommend giving them a call or stopping in, they're fair and upfront... I have had my vehicle 13 years and was not looking forward to going to a dealership and getting talked into something I didn’t want, but I was pleasantly surprised by David Bruns. He was so kind and forward to going to a dealership and getting talked into something I didn’t want, but I was pleasantly surprised by David Bruns. He was so kind and helpful and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process. This was definitely the BEST experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. The vehicle ran fine and tested out to be a healthy battery but it was surprising that the vehicle wasn't ready to go for an appointment. More

David was awesome. He answered all our questions. Took his time and was patient with us. Finance department, was only in it for the money. Didn’t care about our feelings. We decided not to finance through the dealership, which they didn’t like. Kept pressuring us into changing our mind after multiple times of saying no. Causing me to have a panic attack and second guess buying a vehicle from them. More
