Would have been nice if they would have told me the car I bought had been stolen but they never gave me car fax and I asked about the cars history but no one told me. I found glass in the door and no tint on passenger side door when I took it home it was not explained why this was so when I had to go back the next day it would have been nice for them to be up front and truthful about car being stolen. When I was there I tried to talk to the general sale manager joey and they just brushed me off and would not talk to me and had someone else talk to me and not handle the problem they all just sat there and also the nav was not working so they fixed it when I was there but why was this car not check out to make sure things were working that should be? If the car was checked properly before the sale they would have found the problems before selling it to me I wouldn't have to drive to the dealer 3 different times to get things right which should have been right to begin with I also had to drive an hour and pay for gas each way plus spending hours waiting also the car was not a cheap purchase should been treated better for such purchase put down 12thousand down and trade of a 250 ic convertable give me 15thousand for and they should've been truthful and up front about car.also I talked to finance guy about all going on .. Bye bye to the days of being in dealerships for hours…their finance department was extremely quick and efficient (and the table top signing process was so cool). The first 5 days of ownership, it was in the shop! I came back this evening where The sales manager Martin, customer service rep Noel, my service advisor Deven and my salesman Jordan made things right by swapping vehicles. The original vehicle was experiencing major vibrations and shakes at multiple speeds and was not operating like a vehicle with 20miles on it should. I was swapped into the exact same vehicle, model, trim and options which operates amazing to say the least. The service department went above and beyond by trying to diagnose the issues with the first vehicle in which they put me up in a loaner vehicle each time i came back. I am extremely satisfied now and i cannot wait to come back for my first oil change! To everyone that helped me with this issue, THANK YOU for your patience and understanding and your out of this world customer service!! I am so so happy and cannot wait to rack some miles onto this vehicle! Thanks again. More
