Trying to buy a car for my daughter in Orlando and from other Central Florida dealers just got too hard to do when attempting to strike an optimized balance between price, vehicle age/condition, and featur other Central Florida dealers just got too hard to do when attempting to strike an optimized balance between price, vehicle age/condition, and features. The search landed me with Jerry Ulm CDJR in Tampa where I found a dealership that would do whatever it takes to get to a mutually satisfactory deal for a really nice vehicle, sight unseen, totally on-line, email, text and telecon! Great work by Ricky Melendez in advocating for the customer (me) and many thanks to Mike "Big Mike" Gero in offering an aggressive, "out the door", final price! Ricky went the extra mile and personally delivered the vehicle to my daughter here in Orlando on a Saturday! I hope to have an opportunity in the near future to work with the Jerry Ulm team again! You guys got all the info backwards and are giving my daughter Anxiety over it. You send me an email thats for my daughter. You gave the bank the wrong emails. Not Happy over this. Not to mention a Bra daughter Anxiety over it. You send me an email thats for my daughter. You gave the bank the wrong emails. Not Happy over this. Not to mention a Brand New car has scratches & a couple dings in it. So now my Daughter has to take a day off from making money to pay for this car to drive back to dealership and hopefully have all items fixed, Ii am not happy about this. More
