Not sure where to begin. The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. The Jeep actually came back dirtier than when i gave it to them and all of the caps were missing from the rims with no explanation as to where they went. I understand things happen but this is next level " We just don't care about the customer" type of service. When I ask friends and family about their experience it seems to be the same level of dysfunction. At this point i would recommend another Jeep / Ram service department because this one is way too busy and they just don't give a damm. More
