Horrible Dealership My boyfriend and I recently bought a 2017 Challenger here! We went in trying to buy a brand new one on the lot with the TA package but they didnt have My boyfriend and I recently bought a 2017 Challenger here! We went in trying to buy a brand new one on the lot with the TA package but they didnt have any on their lot. BUT they did have a used one on their lot that just came in on a lease return. So they brought it around for us to test drive. It had a sticker on it that said “Not For Sale” but they assured us they could run it through service and get it certified to sell if we wanted it. We test drove it, fell in love and said to run the numbers. They came back with the old “song and dance” of numbers and we played that game until they gave us the interest rate we were happy with. They said that they gave us $11,000 for my boyfriends truck and we were never told that they didnt call Nissan to find out what the payoff was. So we sign the paperwork to buy the car and because the car wasnt certified yet they gave us a loaner car. The next day they called and said out car was done and ready for pick up. 2 days later the car was over heating and running hot. When we called to tell them they said bring it in but they refused to give us a loaner vehicle and we had to rent one!!! Ridiculous!!! We have now owned the car for a month and they just called my boyfriend and left a voice message saying he had to pay $861 because the payoff for his truck was higher than anticipated! Ummm hello, we already signed a contract! Pretty sure thats fraud! You cant call someone a month after buying a car and say they owe more money!!! They also didnt payoff his truck yet so now its behind over 30 days making his credit score drop! He had a stellar credit score!!! So do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this place! They are shady, rude and dont give a crap about you or anyone else and ALWAYS passing the buck off to someone else!!! Good luck if you still decide to go here! This place is PROOF that bigger isnt better!!!! More
