This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had ! Everyone especially Charles was exceptional. We spent the whole day looking at several different trucks and Jeeps and through it a we have ever had ! Everyone especially Charles was exceptional. Let me start of by saying that I love the vehicle I purchased but however I did not love the customer service from the sales team and the lack of communications between the sales and finance team. I had to constantly reach out to sales team for updates throughout the entire process about paperwork that was getting shipped they never follow up with their team only time I was ever able to get updates is when I popped up to the dealership. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from here, do NOT purchase one from there lot down the street from dealership my car is infested with black ants since I purchased it. More

There is tons of dirt/mud all over the underside of the Jeep and in the door jams, plus whatever they put on afterwards has left spots all over the entire Jeep. More
