Kevin the salesman was fantastic. The vehicle was a good deal! The finance manager, Derrick, was such a sleeze. He lied about interest rates, fear-mongered to try and get kickbacks o The vehicle was a good deal! The finance manager, Derrick, was such a sleeze. He lied about interest rates, fear-mongered to try and get kickbacks on warranty sales, and was an overall jerk. He ruined the feeling of leaving the dealership “over the moon” and we were just happy to be out of his office.
