I have had nothing but quick, courteous, and friendly service at Jerry Ulm Dodge, Jeep, Ram. The staff always goes above and beyond. I have been already more than 3 times to the service department for a noise on the motor and all they don't fix anything, all they say is to use higher octane on fuel, which i did and issue still contin department for a noise on the motor and all they don't fix anything, all they say is to use higher octane on fuel, which i did and issue still continues and the Jeep manual recommends 87 octane. I only get excuses and no fix. looks like they just want to pass the issue to someone else and not deal with the problem. More

They are not good with follow up. They are a little bit misleading. Poor communication.
