Norman allowed me to take my time and drive several trucks and made sure I felt good about my decision. I truly believe the dealership as a whole gave me a grade trade in and deal on the truck I purchased. I also worked with Tim Long in the finance office and was well pleased with his explanation my loan as well as the extended warranty I purchased. Best experience buying a car so far! It snowed the night before we went so I called ahead to tell them which trucks I wanted to look at.
