This dealership has awful customer service and makes fake promises. They wasted my time and I ended up having to cancel the purchase, after I signed the contracts and made the payment because they lied to me promises. Each time I have taken car in something is not finished or is wrong. I had a Lexus before and never had these kind of issues with service. Very disappointed in Jessup service department so far.
