Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. In this case it would be a journeyman technician. We will be sure to speak with the service manager regarding your concerns regarding the updates. During our investigation we found that we learned that the cause of your concern is related to the dash cam that you had installed, and we advised you to reach out to the establishment that installed the dash cam.
