Ms. Black, we have no record of you buying or your daughter buying a vehicle from our Fenton location. We do have a ms. Black buying in April of 2022 and it is a 22 Jeep compass. Clearly we must make 100% certain we understand the concern. In that particular deal there is a signed credit application and a loan approved by a third party bank. Please have your daughter send information to brad@jimbutlerautogroup.com. We are asking for a removal of this review because of its inaccuracy.

This is an accurate review with the correct dealer and situation. This information was confirmed with the bank. I have responded to brad... with additional information. Having a signed application and loan doesn't discount the fact numbers were changed to be able to secure this! The bank assured me this loan with correct numbers would have been DENIED!! $11K a year doesn't qualify for a $38k vehicle. Then we look at HER already having a loan on a Jeep Compass. It was purchased at Jim Butler in Linn. Why- because we have always be loyal Jim Butler customers. You obviously have good records and can clearly see this vehicle is in her name as well. You can see the payment. How does one pay $570 plus $635 payments monthly with $11k income?? That $14,460 a year in just vehicle payments!!!😡
