Had a squealing noise on the front left wheel. Took to Butler Chevrolet (Gravois Bluffs) and they checked truck out. Called and told me there was an axle problem and they would have to order parts Took to Butler Chevrolet (Gravois Bluffs) and they checked truck out. Called and told me there was an axle problem and they would have to order parts. I took the truck. They called me back in about a week and said they had the part. I took the truck back in and the noise was repaired and completely covered under warranty. I called every where for a rental vehicle but no one had one available. The rental department at Butler Chev found me one. 100% satisfied with the service. More

The service department does good work in a timely manner keeping the customer advised of the vehicle status but the sales department has a lot to be desired . With the shortage of new vehicles , they know t keeping the customer advised of the vehicle status but the sales department has a lot to be desired .
