Normally service is good however, this time I had oil changed and tires rotated aligned. Left the service center to find that car was severly pulling right, had to reschedule to have them fix. Also air pressure was not checked in tires and was below recommended air pressure. I thought when you had oil change it included check points. More

My 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ Duramax $65,000 truck purchased in March with approx. 900 miles in April had a check engine light on. It had to do with DEF injector and warned truck shutdown would occur purchased in March with approx. 900 miles in April had a check engine light on. It had to do with DEF injector and warned truck shutdown would occur if not serviced immediately. It took a week to get in with a loaner/Rental. Then took another week to get done. In may the check engine light came on again with the exact same P2054 code for DEF. Took over 3 more weeks and a dozen phone calls to GM(case opened) and dealer, and many hours and my own research given to them explaining the software fix needed. It took a few hours for the fix and 1 overnight stay for a 50+ miles test drive and then it was released. No loaner/Rental supplied even though promised. The dealer service dropped the ball even leaving my truck sit all afternoon without a call it was done. The ticket is still open in case it fails again. There is much much more details of this saga if needed. I had server loss of time and indirect expense due to this. It's too bad GM and the dealer are not more interested in their customers. They could learn a lot to improve. Overall an F and 0 Stars. Not my family and large network of friends and associates....they are being informed and to not buy GM and the dealer. I'm looking elsewhere from here. And doing these Surveys with details take more time. Lose/Lose. More
