Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician, which in your case is a journeyman tech. Currently our journeyman techs are 72 hours out from drop off. We hope that you have found this information to be informative. So, next time you come to my restaurant with a 6:00 pm reservation for Saturday, I won't actually seat you till Monday because your reservation was only with the host not for dinner. That makes about a much sense as your excuse.
