I really like this, but in a pinch or if necessary, another advisor is more than capable to provide the attentative and service I needed. Have been a customer of Butler Chevrolet for many years, including prior to them moving from Crestwood on Watson Rd, and have recommended them to everyone. Note: need to also mention that another man, sorry can't remember his name, also got involved and was absolutely great as well!! More

That being said, the people they have scheduling the service appointments are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that they would not get to my Equinox for a day or two because they were "backed up". Needless to say I was shocked by this and the flimsy excuses did not help. More

Lack of Communication Was not happy with service at this location. My truck sat up at dealership for 4 days until someone finally did something about it. Had to end up calling the Linn location and they had to pick my truck up from Fenton and drive it to Linn so they could fix it. Would highly recommend the Linn location, but not impressed at all with Fenton More

Waste of my time I brought my 2019 traverse in as the left tail light has condensation in it. When I checked in I was told this was most likely something GM would cove I brought my 2019 traverse in as the left tail light has condensation in it. When I checked in I was told this was most likely something GM would cover on my bumper to bumper. Being it was a warm sunny day there was little to no condensation in the tail light. Searching through my phone of a picture of how it looked on a bad day the service rep said he could see some condensation in there and that’s all he needed. After waiting almost 2 hours with my three year old. I come back to hear that GM says that there is an allowable amount of condensation. Well that may very well have been the case on that particular day but it is not the case all the time. After finding the picture and showing the representative I was basically told there was nothing I could do besides call GM myself or go back to Jim Trenary. Bottom line is I came to Jim Butler because you guys have always had great service in the past. This visit was far from great service and I can say I will not be back. More
