Doug was polite, professional and personable. In the end we were satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the repairs we agreed on. Nice Pashos, used car sales manager, became involved and wasn’t overly helpful to the resolution of some issues. His focus on bottom-line over solutions provided limited avenues of resolution for both parties. I understand it’s a business, but there were several alternative solutions that weren’t explored due to his stance of “we’re losing $X already because this deal was so good for you and so bad for us”. On a side note, we didn’t challenge the price. We agreed to the advertised price without any negotiation. Venisha Thomas, service department, could not have been any more pleasant to work with. She was upfront, honest, and incredibly understanding of the situation. I cannot say enough good things about her role in resolving the issues we encountered. Keith Sutton, service department, was also incredibly polite and helpful. While I only worked with him in a limited capacity, I’d gladly work with him again should the need arise. Justin Johnson, finance, was helpful, but a bit pushy when we rejected the extended warranty and additionally priced services after the sale. I’m sure up selling is incentivized/encouraged, but I shouldn’t have to explain my reasoning when I decide against an additional option. More

Cheryl always goes above and beyond, as did Jim Butler Kia. Having just received a total loss notification from my insurance co. and an untimely bout of pneumonia, which kept me on 3 days of bed rest, eve Kia. Having just received a total loss notification from my insurance co. and an untimely bout of pneumonia, which kept me on 3 days of bed rest, everything was handled by cell phone and internet and completed in one weeks time. Cheryl and I spoke frequently and I shopped online and built the details for my car, then let Cheryl do the work. Due to the particulars for my vehicle, none were around in the immediate STL area. An easy fix!!! They looked, found it and went to get it. The amount of time actually spent at the dealership was probably no more than 3 hours (total) in two days. Upon delivery (part of those 3 hrs) Cheryl went through the features of my new vehicle and sat kindly while I set some radio presets. I had been in a rental for 3-1/2 weeks without MY radio!!! Without MY Apple CarPlay!!! I didn’t realize how much those extra features meant to me until they were gone. But all is good again. I have a new Kia. I went with the Sportage AWD because STL weather is a tricky thing and I firmly believe that heavier body style is what took the brunt of being hit by a heavier vehicle. It was sad to see my previous car go, having had it only 6 months, but I have a new 2020 Kia and it is fabulous! Cheryl, Justin and Annie did great!!!
