Cheryl and Jean were wonderful to work with, full of information, and extremely helpful without being pushy. They talked to us like casual friends, not like a commission check. The ordering and pickup process were seamless and much easier than we anticipated (when we bought our last vehicle from a different dealer, we were extremely disappointed and ready to be done). They got me the exact vehicle I wanted, for the price I was expecting, quicker than anticipated. They gave us a great price for our trade in (we were prepared to haggle, but it was not necessary at all). I could not be happier with the purchase process, as well as the service department. Keith always welcomes me by name and takes care of my cars. He never tries to sell me anything that is not absolutely necessary, and helps me decide what services are needed when so I'm not spending an arm and a leg all at once. More
