My first visit to the service department was a great experience. The service manager was very kind, soft spoken, and attentive to my situation. Despite a horrendous snowstorm the night before, he was ab experience. The service manager was very kind, soft spoken, and attentive to my situation. I had a Tuesday 8am appointment at Jim Butler in Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to lo Chesterfield (as that’s where I purchased the vehicle) so dropped it off Monday night. Tuesday at 5pm I got a call that they had not been able to look at my vehicle yet. I heard nothing all day Wednesday or Thursday morning. I called and left a message about 1pm Thursday and got a call back at 2:30 saying I really needed to take it to Jim Butler Chevy in Fenton. So we picked it up Thursday evening and will now have to make an appointment at Jim Butler Fenton. A little frustrated by all this and being without my vehicle unnecessarily for 3 days. More
