First you didn't say that there would be a charge to use my credit card until I was there ready to pay. I would have made other arrangements if I had known. Also, you didn't fix the problem. The dealership is fine. The WiFi was horrible and when I expressed my vehicle concerns, Doug advised that I’d need a separate appointment but never helped me get one set up.
