I have always had great experiences at Jim Butler Kia! I had a recall that needed to be serviced, so I took it to a dealership closer to my house. Ultimately, they never fixed the recall and just wanted I had a recall that needed to be serviced, so I took it to a dealership closer to my house. Ultimately, they never fixed the recall and just wanted to service the vehicle. So, I called Jim Butler. They were very informative and efficient. Recall was completed quickly. We were very happy.
