Tried to accommodate every step of the way Brought the car for brakes and a stutter. Couldn’t pinpoint the stutter but took care of breaks and other fluids. They knew it would take time and quickly got me into a loaner and on my way. The only downside to all this was that the guy who checked me in and the service guy working on my car didn’t communicate clearly. So when the car was ready I was not notified at the right number and it took a call from me to find out what was going on and to correct the issue. More
Would not recommend for service Took my 2018 CRV in for an “A” Service. During the multipoint inspection, they discovered the cabin air filter and engine air filter were dirty and it Took my 2018 CRV in for an “A” Service. During the multipoint inspection, they discovered the cabin air filter and engine air filter were dirty and it would be $200 to replace. I declined and just had the scheduled maintenance performed. My husband bought the filters for $53 from an online Honda dealer and changed them himself. After we declined the filter service at the dealer, they put the filters back in without even taking 10 seconds to shake the bugs/debris out of the filters. They even put the cabin filter back in the wrong flow direction. We won’t be back to Jim Coleman Honda for service!! More
