From our very first phone conversation and throughout our text correspondence, Lalo was honest, professional, and incredibly prompt. He was true to his word every step of the way, which gave me complete confidence in the process. Because of his transparency and responsiveness, I decided it was absolutely worth driving from Charlotte, North Carolina to Columbia, South Carolina to make this purchase and I’m so glad I did.
