Kyle was OUTSTANDING! I walked in bracing myself to expect a pushy, aggressive salesman that would try to sell me something HE wanted me to buy. But he was the exact opposite! He listened, he asked questions, he was patient, and I truly felt that his #1 goal was simply to learn more about me as a customer/driver. Those qualities are SO rare in sales these days (particularly car sales). All the staff make it easy to get in, drop off my car and get to work. The loaner process was easy (it was my first time using a loaner) and I was at work in no time.
