Let us just start by saying that our experience at Jim Hudson Lexus and with Terry was unlike any other. From a dealership standpoint, the facility is beautiful, and we were greeted with enthusiasm and warmth the moment we walked in the door. From a Salesman standpoint, we truly feel as though we have an advisor, advocate, and most importantly, a friend in Terry. Our visit to Jim Hudson Lexus was a bit off of our normal route as we live in Tampa, FL, but my fiancé and I were dead set on a black on black GX with very specific features, and Terry let us know he had received one before even posting it to the website. He emailed us videos and photos of the car and gave us confidence in making the drive to their dealership to see the car in person. He was prompt in his communication with us, and when we arrived at the dealership, he greeted us like we were old friends! It started out perfectly, and only got better. Walking to the back of the dealership, we saw what would be our future vehicle sitting outside with a sign that had our names on it- wow! It’s the little things that Terry had thought of that we appreciated so much. We felt like Terry was on our team. He didn’t just sell us our car, he sold us on the dealership and the people there that we could count on to take care of us after we made our purchase. This was a special purchase for my fiancé and I as it was our first big purchase we made together! Terry made it so simple and exciting for us- he even put snacks and water in the car before we made our long drive home! Although Terry hasn’t been at the dealership long, we feel so thankful to have worked with him. He is a true asset and ray of sunshine at Jim Hudson, and we could not recommend working with him enough!
