My experience has been and continues to be amazing. I’ve spent more time buying groceries in Walmart than I did purchasing my new car. From the time I saw my car on the lot, I was sold. He was professional and knowledgeable in explaining and demonstrating the features of my car. It was quite obvious that he was offering me more than just a sales pitch. I was experiencing the Jim Hudson’s Lexus experience. Eddie Golley in finance had put together a desirable package for my new investment that brought tears to my eyes, literally. Leo Luna with his great sense of humor sealed the deal. I was off to enjoy my new car. Things didn’t stop there. I received a follow up call from Kayla Church informing me that she will be providing assistance with all of my technology questions. A few weeks later I had a question regarding my financing and Eddie gave me a satisfactory response. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the big red bow!
