Service Very good but in my last two times I was forced to spend 3 hours just for oil change. Last time I had an appt, I waited for 2hrs and 42 minutes at the end I was told that appt was not necessary and this time they asked me if I had and appt of course I did not and I waited 2hrs and 37 minute iwork on the timing without shortcourting the service quality. Was running about 15 minutes late. When I arrived, one of the driver's asked what I needed today. I informed them that I had a service appointment. Received a loaner car. Car was ready when promised, clean and in good condition.1st service, rotated tires and checked fluids didn't change oil due to mileage of approximately 3600 miles. Overall satisfied, definitely would recommend. More

Red Bow Happiness Wow. Yes I am starting this review with a great big red bow on my experience buying a car at this dealership from Mark Wickham. It was so refreshing Wow. Yes I am starting this review with a great big red bow on my experience buying a car at this dealership from Mark Wickham. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who allowed us the time to make a very important decision buying our first Mercedes Benz GLE. It was a big decision for us and we were thankful we were not pressured in any way or bullied like we felt we were treated at another dealership. We visited dealerships in Augusta, Greenville and Columbia and the buying experience at Jim Hudson in Columbia is the best by far! Mark knows how to listen to his customers and answer questions when required. Hopefully, Mark is training your sales staff on how to make the car buying experience a good one from beginning to end. Linda and I can not say enough how much we enjoyed, yes, enjoyed buying our car from Jim Hudson. And let me express how thrilled my wife was to go out to get in her Mercedes Benz and see it sparkling and gleaming with a huge red bow on top. I've never never experienced that before in all my 30 years of car buying. More
