I just purchased a Lexus vehicle from Jim Hudson Lexus (JHL) of Columbia, SC. This was my first experience with Lexus. I first visited the JHL website and scheduled a test drive. My intent was to test dr (JHL) of Columbia, SC. This was my first experience with Lexus. I first visited the JHL website and scheduled a test drive. My intent was to test drive two or three different Lexus models. Mark Wickham soon reached out to me a couple of times with dealership and current inventory information. On the scheduled date, I met with Mark and we test drove an identical model (but different trim level) of the vehicle on my list. He pointed out some of the features of the vehicle while we took it for a spin. I liked the vehicle so much that I didn't bother to drive any other models. I also decided to make a purchase of an available vehicle in the showroom. While Mark was working on the paperwork, Lakin Mensing, Technology/Delivery Specialist, showed me the operations and technology features of the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I couldn't asked for a better instructor to learn from and setting up basic features (including storing to memory my seating and outside mirror adjustments) of my vehicle. She also helped me set up my vehicle profile via the Lexus mobile app. Overall, my experience at JHL was outstanding! Mark and Lakin made my buying experience a breeze and less stressful.
