Doris - would you be able to email me at joe@jimmybrittauto.com? We are having a difficult time identifying how to assist. In regard to a "code sheet", the machine we utilize doesn't share any printed out code sheet though. Rather, it is built into the scanner tool itself since it isn't a Chrysler software. If there is an issue with your vehicle, we'll take care of it, but unsure how to provide a code sheet.
