I had ordered a full set of tires 3 days prior to my appointment. I was inflating 3 of my tires daily before leaving the house so this was important and i only get 1 day a week to take care of these iss appointment. On the day, the staff said someone had failed to order my tires and they only had the more expensive brand in stock. Before I could make a decision, the sales staff offered me the much more expensive brand at the original lower quoted price. We are all human, someone made a mistake and the dealership was prepared to do the right thing to keep my custom. This shows a hig level of integrity and the reason why I will keep my patronage with Jimmy Britt. More
