Everything was good except the finance guy, Rick. He was not very professional. He forgot to have me sign the title to the vehicle that I was trading in, causing me to go out of my way to get it sign He was not very professional. While signing all paperwork, I told him multiple times that I get all my mail at my PO Box and he used my physical address which created problems with my finance company and I have to contact them and get that all corrected. He kept telling me more than I needed to hear about his personal life which caused him to have to redo paperwork while I was there. I would give him a poor rating. I would give Sarah a great rating as she went above and beyond to help me and I thank her very much. More
