Shady management (financing was off that day) department caused my exceptional credit score to drop significantly. Rude to the point that even my 18 year old daughter passed on the vehicle - BECAUSE of the caused my exceptional credit score to drop significantly. I called the dealership that day and they informed me the vehicle hasn’t been delivered to their lot yet. A couple days later I received a text with photos of the vehicle once it arrived. Unfortunately, we live 4 hours away but due to the exceptional customer service and communication we received from Josh and the rest of his team, we decided to make the drive and purchase my new vehicle. Everything was good except the finance guy, Rick. He was not very professional. He forgot to have me sign the title to the vehicle that I was trading in, causing me to go out of my way to get it sign He was not very professional. While signing all paperwork, I told him multiple times that I get all my mail at my PO Box and he used my physical address which created problems with my finance company and I have to contact them and get that all corrected. He kept telling me more than I needed to hear about his personal life which caused him to have to redo paperwork while I was there. I would give him a poor rating. I would give Sarah a great rating as she went above and beyond to help me and I thank her very much. More
