The people that I have worked with are friendly and helpful. Ford makes a nice product, and the pricing, although high, is competitive with other brands. My suggestion would be to modernize the facility, and hire an individual that are technically astute to work with customers after a new car is sold. It can get a little confusing for us older folks with all the new innovations. More

This was the 2nd time I took the vehicle to the dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera). The first time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the iss dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera). If they weren't able to remedy the issue, the issue at hand would be to replace the backup camera in my opinion. More
