Multiple mistakes Although I am very happy with the car, the entire experience was painful, with multiple mistakes made by the staff. Most concerning was the request to sign title and mileage documents that were prepared for a different vehicle than the one I purchased. When this was pointed out to the employee in Finance, rather than acknowledging the mistake or even cordially agreeing to investigate, he informed me that I was mistaken and asked to be shown the proof I had of the correct VIN number. Terribly unprofessional and for him, embarrassing when it was clear that the error was on the part of the dealership. More

New 2019 Lincoln Nautilus I have been a Ford customer since 1990 and a Lincoln owner for 3 years. When it was time for me to return my MKC lease on the advice of my son-in-law Thomas who works at the Ford Chicago plant suggested that I come up to Orland Park from Indianapolis, I'm glad I did as soon as I walked in Joe Rizza Lincoln dealership the salesman that met me was Pete Silva who made me feel more like family than a customer and that I was the only one in the dealership. I had a chance to meet with Gary Precin the general manager and speak with him along with the owner himself Joe Rizza who took time out of his schedule to come and say a few words to me. Bob in finance made sure i undestood the terms. No one made me feel rushed. Alyssa young took her time when she explained the features on the car. The best thing about this dealership is that everyone was smiling like like they were just happy to be there the atmosphere was wonderful. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience.
