Easily one of the best end to end leasing experience I've had in 25 years of leasing. From the initial internet inquiry, to the text/email discussions, to the dealership visit, everything was absolutely zer had in 25 years of leasing. It probably helped that I was going from Lincoln to Lincoln on the lease termination but it was a great experience. I will say that I was able to overhear some other conversations with prospective customers and I heard great conversations, no pressure, real professionalism. My internet inquiry was handled by Joe in internet sales. When I got to the dealership, Mark (Sales Manager) introduced me to Jim Vertucci who was my guy in Sales (a real pro). Worked with Bob in Finance on the extras - again no pressure all the way through. I think I overhead Sarah Vargas speaking to customers - very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Layla Ismail is someone you'd definitely enjoy working with. This is where I'm sending my people. More

After finding what the problem was that caused one of our tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. Since they did not have the needed tire in stock, they provided us a ride tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. Since they did not have the needed tire in stock, they provided us a ride home. They obtained the needed tire the next day and again provided us a ride back to the service department. More
The service was good, but the vehicle broke down on me at the grocery store 2 days after purchasing it. The battery was fried and I had to get a new one. The first time I rolled the passenger side window dow the grocery store 2 days after purchasing it. The battery was fried and I had to get a new one. The first time I rolled the passenger side window down to talk to a friend, the weather stripping came down with it and I couldn’t roll it back up. The brakes were squeaking and had to have new brake pads put on within a week or two of having the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle, so I know it could have some minor issues, but all three of those were very embarrassing for purchasing a new-to-me vehicle. More

Nice salesman. Faulty bed liner fitted. Told it was to be swapped out. Denied the claim now though I have screen captures and videos from day 1 of the cascading water and the salesman’s word of reinstalling swapped out. They lost my keys so couldn’t swap it there and then. Now service say I crimped the bed and they have no proof of the truck present being the truck presented to them. Though the pictures show my plate, house and sign written name on the vehicle beside it whilst filmed. Ford told me to call the BBB as my emails and phone calls are not being answered. Lovely salesperson but 0/5 for rating. More
