Entire staff seemed to be a bunch of jerks. Political signs in their areas which is bad business protocol. I wouldn't have bought there if they hadn't had the vehicle I found online. I purchased my 2020 Nautilus three weeks ago. Decided to bring the car in for service, I waited in the service lane for over 30 mins with no one greeting me or confirming my appointment. I finally stopped o bring the car in for service, I waited in the service lane for over 30 mins with no one greeting me or confirming my appointment. I finally stopped one of your service advisors to ask how long it would take to have my car checked in? He acted annoyed and abruptly stated " there are two other people in front of you and the other service advisors are on the phone." Never apologized for the lack of communication. My time is just as valuable as your teams, so when I show up on my scheduled time you should at a minimum acknowledge my arrival, check me in, etc. I told him that i could not wait another 30 to 40mins because i had someone waiting for me to take me to a business meeting. Instead i told him to open a lane so that i can leave. Fast forward to today, i scheduled another service visit, this time using my valet service. I just received a call telling me that you won't have a loaner vehicle until the week of Dec. 1st! I'm really questioning my decision to purchase this vehicle based on your level of service. Your selling a premium product, advertising a premium service offering and based on my first two experiences, you've fallen short. More
