Well the service was good the only thing wrong I came in for a recall at 130pm and waited and waited until 600pm in waiting room then I looked out in service area and my car was by the exit door and it was for a recall at 130pm and waited and waited until 600pm in waiting room then I looked out in service area and my car was by the exit door and it was like a ghost town they forget to tell me my care was ready it is hard to tell how Long it was done and no body had the decency to tell me my car was ready More

The Customer service people when I take my car in for service are just amazing. Very polite, energetic easy too talk too. They explain your service and if you happen to schedule something that is not ne service are just amazing. Very polite, energetic easy too talk too. They explain your service and if you happen to schedule something that is not necessary they tell you. I went in for an oil & tire rotation (45,000 service). The customer service guy said you are not due for and oil change at this time.. So he saved me.some money and was honest about it. Could have just charged me and chaged the oil when not need it. Honesty, communication goes along way. Great customer service at Joseph Toyota Colerain. More
