sat for TWO hours for a pre-scheduled oil change while the service reception quoted to people on the phone to budget 2 hours for a complete BREAK JOB! Completely insane. Dealership Increased price by 10% over MSRP, and there was very poor communication to buyer. Another poor example of communication by Joyce Honda was that I received a notification from them to come in and pick up my title, however the vehicle was financed and never communicated with the appropriate personnel at Joyce Honda. In addition, when I picked up my registration and had questions on how certain items worked in the vehicle ( not a priority), they called the salesman and had him give me a call that night. More
I called the service center and the girl was very friendly. She explained to me what to expect and how long I'll have to wait.
