He walked me through the differences in detail through emails, feature and option lists and photos. He held the cars for me and I got on a plane. I test drove and purchased my car that evening. Sam gave me a company to ship the car. They were fair in pricing and did a good job. I would definitely buy a car from Sam or Karl Knauz BMW again. All in all my experience was excellent! More
