I received a subpar purchase experience at BMW Knauz for my brand new 2022 M5 Competition received on 8/6/22. My Client Advisor did a good job assisting with model selection options starting March 2022. T my brand new 2022 M5 Competition received on 8/6/22. That said, delivery day was unacceptable based on lack of transparency with the Financing Dept. and professionalism of said team members.
