I ended up buying a newer model used BMW, and I would recommend anyone to go to Knauz and get their next car there. Shane understood both the emotion and the logic that you need to engage in buying a car, and he helped work patiently and clearly with both elements. I came in to look at potential replacements for my 2003 325 xi which was like a part of the family. He asked a few questions then had me sit in about 4 models that would be comparable to my 325. By the time I left Knauz, I had my choices narrowed down to 2 and had a basic understanding of how leasing worked vs. buying. Test drove the following day and leased the X1 the day after that.
